This is a good time to do a mock with no trades. See below, and you know how I do it by now:

24: Kenyon Green OG Texas A&M
6'4" and 325 lbs

The departure (thankfully) of Connor Williams means we need a LG. So, this is a great time to take Kenyon Green as a replacement.

56: Travis Jones DT Connecticut
6'4" and 333 lbs

Solid 1T DT that can push the pocket. I'd like to get Jourdan Davis, but he's not likely to be there at 24. So, Jones makes a nice alternate choice. He's excellent at pushing the pocket, which keeps the other QB from stepping up in the pocket to throw, and he will help allow Parsons better rush opportunities. He's incredibly strong.

88: Kerby Joseph S Illinois
6'1" and 200 lbs

Solid safety option. Pairing him with Donovan Wilson would help us get a nice pairing at safety. We'd be in great shape in the secondary with this player.

129: Jeffrey Gunter DE Coastal Carolina
6'4" and 259 lbs

Explosive pass rusher with great height and great speed. Watch the highlights and see. This player would be a great replacement to Gregory. He's quick, menacing, and hard hitting. This would mean our dline would consist of the likes of Gunter, Gallimore, Jones, and DLaw. That'd be a lethal combo. Adding in Parsons, and the opposing QB stands no chance. Oh, and the run would be shut down nicely behind this combo. This would mean we'd possess one of the top dlines in the league plus Parsons.

155: Pierre Strong Jr RB South Dakota State
5'11" and 205 lbs

Consistent feature on my selections. Quick RB who can make a great trio with Zeke and Pollard.

167: Tariq Castro-fields CB Penn State
6'1" and 197 lbs

Tall CB with long arms. This is a player that could push Anthony Brown and KJ. Thus, our secondary would become more dangerous. Reuniting him with Parsons could be really nice to help our team.

176: Cole Turner TE Nevada
6'6" and 240 lbs

TE is a need, and Turner is a quietly good TE. He has great hands. He's large, and he is someone I think that could be a nice safety blanket, especially in the red zone.

178: Charleston Rambo WR Miami
6'1" and 177 lbs

Tall and quick WR. I see him as a late round pick that can become a starter, especially on the outside. He's got great hands and long arms (32 lbs).

193: Kellen Dietsch OT Arizona State

6'7" and 301 lbs

This is a player I liked earlier in the process who has dropped down. Still, he'd be a good depth player at OT, and he's someone that has has a lot to enjoy. Great footwork with his size. He's particularly a good run blocker. Run situations such as red zone and 3rd and inches are where he'd be at his best.

You lost me after 56.

As in in terms of players, or was there too much information shared? In fairness, I wanted a WR from Clemson in round 3, but the player from Illinois I took I do like. I think he gives us a good option at safety.

Love fir st two selections but i believe we’re going heavy offense this. Draft. At least that’s speculation.

Heavy offense would be hilarious.

This team has talent deficiencies on defense. Their DE position is middling to below average. DT still has talent issues. They have precisely one good LB and he plays DE because the DEs outside of Lawrence blow. They are counting on Cox, who I really like, but he's coming off a knee injury. CB is OK but if Joseph isn't what they project CB could be an issue, especially if Diggs regresses a bit.

I wouldn’t know either way just what I listened to

Not so sure. I'd imagine we might, but I think the first four picks I made were more useful to what we need. I'm sure we are going oline in round one. Still, I think trenches in with Jones and Gunter would be more helpful. My sense is round 3 would more likely be a WR. I wanted one then, but I didn't like what was available on the simulation I was using.

Nice mock although I probably take a LB in place of the S. Just don't see us going S until the last round or with a UDFA.

Some of us might not like it, but I expect we go heavy on offense. I'm thinking 2 or 3 OL, 1 or 2 TE, 1 or 2 WR. Look for D in the later rounds. Just my thoughts because Jerry likes having an exciting O more than a very good D.

There weren't any LBs rated higher than the S I took on the simulation I used. Additionally, I think safety might actually be a bigger need here. I think pairing him with awilson and having Kearse means we have 3 dangerous safeties. That cannot be understated with how dangerous that makes us.
