Dallas/Ft Worth area deserve better than Jethro Jone$.

But until everyone stops contributing financially the nightmare will continue. Good news is he turns 80 this year and we’re on the down swing.

You’ve never grasped my cynical spin in all of this.

Look how uncomfortable MM looks as a puppet. Much like how uncomfortable Bill looked . It was a natural position for Garrett being Jethro’s puppet .

There is nothing to grasp. Just a bunch of BS.

Garrett was a fraud. Nothing natural about it. The loser cant even find a job in coaching in the NFL or anywhere for that matter.

But it was fun. It’s difficult for me to take this franchise serious anymore.

You and me both. I honestly think they just over value some of their current players. They probably think they can get by with the Olineman they have if they had to, just eliminate the penalties. They are morons.

Imagining what MM was thinking during this "abortion" of a presser yesterday. Its the only adjective I can think of after enduring 5 minutes of it.
He may never be even the same as he was before.. thats not good.

I think Garrett was far from a puppet. He was just a bad coach. He did help the Cowboys improve the offensive line and brought in quality people to play football for the most part. Romo and Dak were both products of Garrett.

Romo succeeded despite Garrett. Romo has repeatedly said Garrett isnt an X and Os type of guy, and Romo frequently overrode his play calls.

Bad news is his son appears to be a bigger moron than himself.

Jerry and Stevie remind me of Heavens Gate..the cult. They actually believed what they were saying. All thats missing was the Black sweatsuit and Nike's.

You give Paxton Lynch 3 All-Pro linemen and the best RB in the NFL and things might have been different for him. A lot of QBs (1 did) could've made a career off handing it off to Zeke.

Manziel was a lost cause for anybody.
Good point. The question that needs answered is how Dak would have performed if he didn’t step into the perfect situation? It is entirely possible that he could be on his third team as a backup by now.

My take away from yesterdays news conference is him sandwiched in between our dysfunctional ownership . He actually looked smaller if that’s possible .

I had been somewhat targeting him since his arrival but I feel sorry for him now. I know many fans had hope he was going to be our savior but he has no chance over coming these fools . He’s become just another puppet. And probably always was since he stayed over at Jethro’s .

I can’t see him surviving another season barring something we haven’t seen this era which isn’t likely. And for his sake he deserves something better.

I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn’t totally grasp the crap show he was getting himself into. What a Shonda our Cowboys have become .
Real leaders do not create followers, they create more leaders. The current structure is not designed for that, so it will not change.

yep parcels had blind luck. Supposedly it was Sean Payton.

anyone that thinks Dak sucks is a complete moron.
It was Sean Payton that brought Romo to Parcells attention. It wasn’t blind luck. Parcells saw enough in Romo to invest 2-3 seasons on him after he came to Dallas.

How much is he getting paid to just take attendance and turn off the lights?

Romo was a product of Sean Payton primarily and then Parcells secondarily. Garrett had nothing to do with Romo. They were saddled with each other.

Jerry’s GM record’s not good, but comparing him to Adolph Hitler?!? Seriously?!? C’mon, Dandy!
lol if the shoe fits......
And the analogy was limited to leadership styles , personality traits, and things like surrounding himself with lackeys who dont question, but
just obey. Also refusing to change or accept failure.
