I don't think teams laugh at Dallas when it comes to drafting in the 1st round. Chances are the teams laughing at them do the 1st round worse than them.

I like him better than Williams, though. There were always major concerns about Williams' strength, while Smith is a powerful player. All the technique in the world couldn't make Williams better. Technique work can make Smith better if he has the willingness and ability to learn.
