Just imagine how many posts would be on how incompetent out front office was... they are so incompetent that other teams are literally laughing at our draft picks. When Dallas picked Tyler Smith, McVay's reaction....crapped his pants...because he knew that no way Aaron Donald was going to get to Dak in the NFCCG this season. He already knows he lost.

Bill Belichik has earned a TON of credibility over the years. JJ and SJ have only lost credibility.

The problems with Dallas are WAY bigger than a questionable draft selection or two. Belichik and Kraft are arrogant— but competent. JJ and SJ are arrogant and incompetent. Huge difference lol

How competent has Billy been in the past 4 years? The offensive weapons he had for Brady were pathetic. Since Brady left how many playoff wins do they have? You expect them to kick arse this year?

Success, championships, and a good reputation give you a lot of leeway to run your organization however you want to. Results matter.

JJ is now dealing with 26+ years of futility and failure and his PR and image polishing schtick is old. Where are the results? Why shouldn’t we complain? This team has done zero in nearly three decades of football— and the self proclaimed, “buck stops with me”, “mastermind” at the center of it all— is STILL calling the shots with nothing to show for it.

The AFC is a loaded conference. Without Brady— NE has unquestionably taken a step back.

But even with that being the case— the NE organization has more results and is a more efficiently and effectively run organization top to bottom than Dallas is.

I would GLADLY swap out every coach, personnel man, scout, front office exec etc… that we have for their guys.

IMO the whole “Dallas drafts better than everybody else” narrative is hollow. What results has that brought us? We may have drafted better than NE since 2000– but they have 6 championships in that time span and we have not even sniffed a NFCCG.

Besides— for every “hit” on someone we drafted— I can point to plenty of whiffs. This FO is a clown show.

I highly doubt that. I'm seeing it this year without even looking for it. I'm just not clicking on it. Parsons was a safe pick, Best player on the board, why would you laugh?

The Pats haven't drafted well post Brady. Dallas is usually spot on in the first outside a few like Taco or Morris.
