Bohanna (Pro Day #s; no Combine in 2021)
6'-4" 327 lbs
34" arms
10 7/8" hands
80 7/8" wingspan
5.48 forty
1.81 10-yard split
8'-3" broad jump

Ridgeway (Combine #s)

6'-5" 321 lbs
33 3/8" arms
10" hands
81 3/8" wingspan
5.30 forty
1.80 10-yard split
8'-5" broad jump

*I only listed available test numbers that could be compared

Your just throwing last round pick numbers at a position and hoping one sticks.

Just like with tackle. They are hoping they hit a home run with either Wolensky or Ball at tackle.

Farniok and Biadasz. Just need one to be good.

I don’t know about both playing
That would be hard just from a numbers standpoint on the game day roster
On paper they look similar but on the field ridgeway is a really good player at controlling the center and either gap. He’s smart, keeps his head up reading the play.
This^ it’s going to be hard for this kid and Bohanon the numbers don’t add up. Unless hill is getting kicked to curb.

I've been pounding the table for two big bodies at DT. A DT isn't a DT to me unless he's 6'4" and 300 lbs.

So my 3tch DT would be a quick of the guy ball who plays with speed and quickness. While my 1tch DT would be an unmovable object.

So why some of you are thinking these guys are competing for the same spot, I don't see it that way. I'd love for these two guys to play next to one another against power run teams. Because Bohanna is the 3tch I've always wanted, while Ridgeway is the 1tch I've always wanted.

I just wish we'd stop getting these smallish DE's. Because it takes four nice sized defensive linemen to really have a stout run defense all year long. So I'd rather our DE's be 6'4" 270 lbs. at least.

I'd just get linebackers that can rush the passer like Parsons and Anae to play third downs.

But Bohanna and Ridgeway playing next to one another will shut down those runs up the middle we hate so much.

Wonder if you can have both on this team as it seems like they would have the same limited role as a 1 technique on run downs and goal line situations. Doesn't seem like either would play in the nickel defense.

I'm glad they've been dumping resources into the trenches. It's nice to know they're not one injury away from a complete meltdown.

If they have to stop Derrick Henry or play goal line defense we’ll be happy they have two NTs.

By Jerry leaking to have two NTs side by side, Looks like Gallimore and Hill are not cutting it … sigh ! Atleast Gallimore gave us some hope but 2021 was a disappointment.

Two big trash cans full of dirt is what is needed. We need an anchor in the middle of the D line that we have not had for a very long time.
Alternate them; so that one is on the field in any down except a absolute passing down.

To be blunt our Goal Line D NEEDS both of them on the field at the same time; short yardage as well.

Dallas will need both of them....neither can/will play 100% of the snaps. Keep em fresh.

He was injured when he played he played pretty decent
Jerry might want two DT’s who don’t rush the passer but Quinn isn’t gonna want that
Having them on short yardage or goal line is fine but this is a passing league

The issue may come down to numbers on the game day roster. Can you carry two tackles that give you nothing in the pass rush?
I’m hoping on obvious pass downs the slide Dlaw inside with Micah and the new kid on the edges. Two speed rushers are hard to handle and Dlaw slipped inside some last year and it created some pressure

Golston can be RDE when dlaw moves in, and fowler and armstrong are options at LDE, the new guy will most likely not have a major role.

It’s different now with Parsons. I could see them running more 34, maybe with one NT and the other big guy at one of the DTs. Sam Williams might be one of the OLBs with Tank or Parsons as the other. I’m not exactly sure about the ILBs so maybe it’s Tank and Williams as the OLBs with Parsons as the ILb.

Also they could rotate the big guys or you might want both of them in there to keep the LBs clean.

Do you guys think Williams will when a significant role on early downs or pass rush downs? I have not really seen his game play, but I bet he will not have a big role

ridgeway might have a chance at a nice role

I bet only one makes the team, my guess this is a competition between the two.
