Twitter: Two NFL teams with a playoff win percentage below .250

I wonder what boards would have been like if the internet was up in Tom Landry's first 12 years. Until he won a SB.
Then what would they been like in the 80's, when things went South.
Fans would have been fine. From 1965 on there was continuous improvement and deep playoff runs until SB6. Not continuous mediocrity and one wild card win per decade.

Shoot, I’m amazed this dysfunctional ownership even fields a team good enough to make the playoffs. Helps being in worst division.

i love that the cut off is always right after we won a SB. So what is it if we go back a couple more years?
Yeah, but... that was 27 years ago+-. It's OK to be a diehard fan and still be disgusted about that fact!

It’s like I tell all of the Cowboy haters , at least we have an excuse with dysfunctional ownership, toxic environment and oldest GM in the league . What’s your excuse ? Lol

Jerry should be so proud.
He is. Lol

They would have been fine? Really?
Have you read the comments on this place?

So many want to use 1996 as the cut off, as if this team never existed before then.
So let's say, a new cut off year. Start in 2021, 12-5, make the playoffs, so by your theory that is a good start to go on a playoff run. Have you read the comments about last season, I know you have.

This place would have been no different after this playoff losses in the late 60's, right up until the SB loss to the Colts. And I am pretty sure, there would been those hating about that.
Not to mention 3 straight NFCCG losses with Danny White at QB. Then nothing for 10 years. Could you imagine this place then.

There’s always been critical thinking when it comes to the Cowboys going back to the 60’s. Not sure why some fans can’t handle it?

Jerry's yacht, helicopter, jet comes to mind.
Did I do the negativity thing right?

I should get a crap load of likes for that. I mean all the negative nancies stick together with running up the likes. :lmao2:

Yes it's hard to believe that there are so many negative Nancy's with the results this ownership has put out there for almost 3 decades. A lot of morons out there that don't conform to mediocrity.

Then why stick around? When one thinks negative all the time from results they do not like. Make a change in your life.

If you spouse cheats on you for the past 26 years of your marriage, and you know about it, and after all that one still whines, would it not be better to get a divorce?

And to think they only need 82 more non championship years to catch the Cubs. 26 years is off to a pretty good start I'd say.

The Cowboys haven't done anything in the last 26 years so let's just hope that someone makes them go away. I want the whole franchise gone. Sell the team, move the team, rename the team and change their colors. The San Diego Beavers with khaki and brown uniforms.
