Scary Nickel D line?

I'm not concerned about Cowboys speed packages.

It is the run downs that Cowboys struggle mightily on.

Cowboys need to focus on developing a HULK SMASH package instead.

on paper they have the big DTs, Bohanna & Ridgeway , combined with 3 techs Osa, Gallimore and Hill and the pass rushers Tank, Fowler, Basham, Armstrong and De williams , with Parsons in between , looks ok.

But there is a game day roster limit , you cant have all active , so who is going to be active and how effective they are all game will determine.

We had the same defensive package last year except Gregory instead of Sam Williams, not sure we saw much of it though because invariably one of the was injured.

Lol you can't be serious. No team is scared of that package. Parsons I'll give u that, Lawrence has averaged 6 sacks a season, Gallimore has 2 career sacks, and Williams is completely unknown, what Parsons did as a rookie was great but it's rare, so I don't expect much impact from Williams this season.
Oh yea, Fowler has only averaged 5 sacks a season lol

We’ll find out if there’s anything scary about our defense besides Parsons when the season starts. The performance our defense had against San Francisco in the playoffs is still stuck in my head.

Dallas used a similar set up last year when Tank came back. It was very effective. Their sack number increased slightly, but their pressure numbers skyrocketed.

The only defensive player I'd be worried about is Parsons. Every year we get hyped over the potential of the young guys coming in and rarely do they live up to that hype.

Dont think it is so much the new guys as it is the improvement seen last year that is hopefully going to continue to improve this year., no reason to think it wont.

Can they stop the run on first and 2nd and can they not jump offsides?
