We'll have a good idea on whether or not this team is a Superbowl contender by Week 5.

Cowboys play the Bengals week 2 and the reigning Superbowl Champions Week 5.

Yes, these games are early in the season and key players may be missing, but these games should give us a better idea on how if Dallas has a chance at a Superbowl.

I don't put much stock in the first 2 weeks. None at all in week one. It doesn't tell you much about the team you have.

Last year Dallas looked like contenders until we played the Broncos in week 9. Then again in week 11 when Dallas put up a staggering 9 points. That's when the warts started to show. You could kind of get the feel of where this team was.

But week 5 against the Rams is a halfway decent test.

I can tell you right now that this is not a Super Bowl team.

I don't need to wait till Week 5.
Yes, most of you Lions fans already know your team isn't going anywhere. And take down that picture of WR Roy Williams you know us Cowboys should have never traded with your Lions.

In Week 9 you probably would have said this boys team is going to the NFCCG and the Bengals were going to miss the playoffs. In Week 15 you we're probably thinking we we're going to lose our first playoff game the way our run game was going...a lot can change very quickly.

Oh, so now I'm a Lions fan?

I guess that's better than being called an Eagles fan.

You guys get so butt hurt if you don't think this team is Super Bowl bound lol

Teams get hot at the end of the season and win the super bowl.

Winning or losing games in week 2 or 5 doesn't mean as much as you think.

Just hope the team can hang with them. And win obviously.

But the Bengals and Rams will still be considered at the top of the league.
