As much as I want to, I can't put Parsons and superstar in the same sentence......yet! Every defensive coordinator will now have an entire offseason to prepare for him. IF he can repeat and have the same impact, even if his numbers are down, there's no question he's elite. Hell, even he admits his second year may be a bit harder coz they're coming after him.

Just another list. But the numbers are not far apart. All top 5 there are pretty good though.

I think he gets even better in year two.

Plus he is tough to scheme to double team since he is moved all over.

Plus with the year experience now, and opening against TB and Brady again. He knows what to expect now.
As the opening game last season, it really was his 1st true meaningful action for 2 years. He was not moved around in that game like he was later on.

Its crazy how good rashan gary has been in the nfl. I followed him since he was a kid from plainfield in NJ. Even at michigan he was pretty inconsistent and really didnt flash he just had the athletic gifts. But he proved me wrong big ups to his hard work

Micah Parsons needs to improve his pure LB play. He's good but he could be better. Then he will be at the top of all the lists.

I can think of a billion things that are overrated or wrong with the Cowboys. But Micah Parsons is the real deal and he's going to cement himself as the best defensive player in the league this upcoming season. No doubts whatsoever.

The Cowboys struck gold in the 2021 draft even if he was their Plan B.
