Debate time: Who do you like better as our coach?

I honestly don't understand why Big Mike is getting a bad rep in Dallas. What are you qualms with him? After his first full off season with the team, the team dramatically improved from one year to the next. I'm hoping for the same this year.

My issues with him have been the penalties.

NY media got rid of Garrett in his 2nd year and he was just the OC. He should never have been a HC.
Problem we have is Jerry wont hire anyone good because they would overshadow him

Neither and you can't offer others until the set up changes here and a HC is actually allowed to run his team.

Anywhere but Dallas, it's a sink or swim proposition for every HC. That's why they fire 6-9 of them every year. 20-25% of these guys are sinking every off season and Dallas keeps one 10 years with no playoff success? Think any other GM would have done that? Of course not because except for one other GM, they all have jobs and reps on the line.

At least McC has proven that he could do it at least once, Garrett never proved that.

Yea , but none have proved they can win it in this Toxic Atmosphere without the best team of the 90’s.

Garrett or McCarthy?

Please state why.

I'm going to roll with McCarthy because I do feel unlike Garrett, we are pretty proactive with the way we teams play us and most times, we have a solid plan. With the Garret regime, it felt as though, the plan sucked and we were hoping for our qb to pull off a miracle. Additionally, I think McCarthy do a better job at adjusting to the game than Garrett. Garrett had a tendency of banging his head against the wall, come hell or high water.

None of the above. ..It's like asking , "Do you wanna die by firing squad or hanging.?".... Gee, lemme think.

MM, because Garrett Sucks......

I like McCarthy for the next two years. If we don't at least win the NFC championship, I move on to someone like Payton.

For me, he didn't have the team ready for that play-off game.

I dont think he's the guy to get them "over the hump" - just look at the second half of the season when they started facing better competition.

Let's say he 3-peats as NFCE champion but loses out in the NFC championship, do ya can him?

I like who ever can get this team over the hump and back to the SB. Garrett had his chance and failed an now McCarthy is getting his chance.

Those are strong, harsh words.

Reconsider your choice of words, old fellow.
