Forget about all those so-called expert analyst. Proof it doesn't take an expert to see reality. Aaiden, now 5, has not shied away from criticizing players, not even his own dad, another aspect that has endeared him to NFL fans everywhere. His mom, Stephanie in a SI interview said that Aaiden admonished Dallas Cowboys' running back Ezekiel Elliott at a birthday party, telling him, “Zeke, you don’t run very hard! You don’t hit the holes very hard!”

While Elliot faced no shortage of criticism last season from both fans & analysts alike, perhaps what Aaiden told him at that birthday party spurred something inside him that pushes him to do his best. Unfortunately, something tells me otherwise.

Zeke was having a good year, got hurt, sucked it up and kept playing. He could have checked it in and collected his paycheck....he has my respect.

You don't play in a meaningless Week 18 game against the Eagles practice squad with the playoffs the next week if you're hurt.

We have a couple big name guys on our offense that have been given the injury excuses for their play being worse down the stretch. Meanwhile they were out there just to reach milestones in a meaningless game.

These same guys have set those types of games out in the past.

Elliott can do whatever he wishes next season, with another franchise. As @Bobhaze stated, he hasn't earned his paycheck!

Amazing that a 5 year old kid can see the obvious while many on here are still stuck in the mud on Zeke.

After watching Pollard hit the hole and then watching Zeke, even a 5 year old can see the difference.

How can you be so blind as to think that Zeke was gutting it out for the good of the team?

The reality is he wouldnt sit for selfish reasons. We didnt need Zeke. Pollard was tearing it up. Zeke hurt the team by refusing to sit. And now we all know why. He wanted his 1000 yards season. Not the first time Zeke has put his own personal interests before the teams. I think its completely pathetic.

If that is all you got...weak. He played the half the season hurt and all you do is sit on this one game for proof?

Claim the last game is "meaningless". To YOU...maybe...especially to make agenda statements. It's not like we were tearing into the playoffs on fire. Getting a few extra yards and easy plays to stay "in it"....is not necessarily a terrible thing you say it is just because you want to criticize any chance you can make up.

You don't play in that game if you're hurt. It's that simple.

Perfectly healthy Zeke has set games out like that in the past. A supposed "injured" Zeke ain't playing in them now that he's older and richer.

I was a player or coach for about 40 years! What the hell do you know? I appreciate the hustle and his love for the game.....blame the coaches! Not him....he could have sat on his butt and get paid....he didn't. I respect that! What don't you understand! Have you ever played?
