I'll admit that I can never make up my mind completely. Always miss Staubach. And for the longest time, I missed Larry Allen and Charles Haley. But right now, I miss Michael Irvin. The way he bullied CBs and make them look like rag dolls. Very underrated and under-appreciated IMO.

Which player do you miss the most?

In all seriousness:
Emmitt. The most magnificent RB I have ever had the privilege to watch.
His separated shoulder injury game against the Giants sealed the deal and will never be forgotten.

Flipping 32 carries, over 160 yards and an overtime win because he was the Ultimate Warrior.

Remember the Ultimate Warrior and his 90 second matches because he would expend all his energy on his entrance?
Good times.

I remember thinking I was watching greatness when I saw what he did in that Giant game.

That's what makes Legends.
Very few of these things go on now with players protecting their "Brand" and trying to maximize their next contract, but capitalism is what it is and I will not deride anyone actively protecting their own value for a game they play, but I certainly do appreciate someone giving their complete being to win.

And Emmitt was that guy.
