This teams ceiling is 9-8 and a first round exit. Nothing has changed since letting 3 of your best players go and doing nothing to replace them. So, on a scale from 1 - 10, how screwed are we this season?
We need a mobile backup qb. This nonsense statue stuff has to stop. And no, Will Grier ain't it either
Dumping Collins might have been a mistake. Then compounding that problem by thinking Ball could
Be your swing tackle.
Common denominator is horrible backup QB's. Its why we always lose. These clowns with bad Oline play simply cant score any points. Its that simple.
But that is also coaching. If you dont respect the backup QB position, this is what happens.
If ANY of you expected anything different from Rush and our backup Oline, then you were kidding yourselves. It was the EXACT same thing last year.
You do you.Naked Gun 33 1/3 The Final Insult is on FLX in 18 minutes....group watch???
Might be a good thing they are not showing this train wreck.I am in Ohio, but they're showing Football Life.
Not really imoBen DiNucci is mobile.
They better do something because if Ball is the swing when the season opens we're in big trouble. The Ball situation is scary.
When Tyrone goes down Ball is your starter
Hope Dak can run for his life.
This goes back to the Campo years. This team is utter garbage in preseason year and year out

Even worse when you let the Cedric Wilsons of the world go and you can’t even replace him!
Maybe Tolbert has athleticism we haven’t seen but he looks like just another solid guy. Wilson was a beast after the catch.
A few observations:
1) Outside of a couple of ticky penalties and not IDing the right player to block on one play, Tyler Smith has been solid.
2) Jalen Tolbert has looked like a rookie receiver. It's hard to tell a lot as poorly as we're throwing the ball, but it doesn't appear that his routes have been that good, and he can't drop one of the few good passes by Rush.
3) Nahshon Wright is more physical, but doesn't seem to have real good awareness.
4) If we don't pick up a swing tackle, then the plan has to be for Tyler Smith to be that guy.
5) Players I liked other than Tyler Smith: Steele didn't have any problems the short time he was in there; Gallimore and Bohanna each showed some power in the middle of the D; Bland was strong in closing on short passes; Houston probably showed the most of the receivers, but it was hard to tell much from our passing game; Ferguson blocked and caught well; Fowler got some pressure, but he should against second-teamers.
Think how bad the 1st half would have been if Fat Boy hadn’t made it his top priorityRemember when McCarthy went on the radio after last season ended and promised to start working on penalties moving forward?
