We haven’t had a GM since Jimmy. Jerry is a terrible GM and has a trap that wont stay shut. He has no idea how to be head of football operations. He just blabbers away every day about nonsense as if he know what he’s talking about. Shut the trap! Until he steps down and lets a real GM run this team we will always be assured everything is great but will never really be prepared to win the big game again and if and when his mini- mo rises to the position by death or appointed nothing will change. A fan since’63

His son will follow. Then his grandson. Then his great grandson…

We are stuck. We can only hope for a strong head coach. Maybe it’s Mac. Who knows.
We have Amatuers running our front office.
They mean well, but just don't have the skills necassary to to a quality job.
This puts us at a competitive disadvantage with the rest of the NFL.
There is a reason we have not been to a NFCC game in 25 years.
Jerry is the common denominator.

This is 100 pct true. Dallas is not a football team. It’s a vanity project. Winning is secondary to selling the brand. Jerry is a moron. His interview yesterday was the most cringe in a history of cringe.

It all started with Prince Bandar Bin Sultan ...... Jimmy was trying to have an important team talk heading into the Superbowl and Jerry barges into the locker room with this guy in tow to meet the players ........ That's what Jerry thinks is important.

Jerry is busy worrying about how he can be best friends with his "star" players when he should be making everyone uncomfortable and worried that they are going to lose their jobs.

Ive been a Cowboys fan since '53. I remember when Guts Hauser was GM and he would cut guys who refused to play with season ending injuries.

Thats when they featured guys like Tipper Finkleroy and Jasper O'Callaghan whom, as end zone celebrations, would do tours in Korea with the 1st Marines Division.

Those were the days

About the time we think that maybe, just maybe, Jerry is giving up some control we have comments like yesterday, when talking about Tyron's injury " WE don't know what the lineup on the line will be".

We? Not "Mike" or "the coaches" don't know, painfully still obvious Jerry runs the team from top to bottom...

Well Jerry has drafted well without Jimmy. Jimmy did some awesome things in Dallas, but lets not pretend this team was successful because it was 100% all of Jimmy's doing. If that was the case, he would have did the same thing in Miami and built two superbowl teams there as well.

Jimmy and Jerry built something special for Dallas together.

Jimmy didn't have to deal with the salary cap in Dallas, in Miami he did. Without the cap he'd probably had been just as, or at least substantially as successful...

Who knows... the same could be said for Jerry if there were no salary cap. I think Jerry would have been substantially successful as well.

no one in the league dealt with a cap. And this team won! And money in contrast with the rest of the league had nothing to do with it.

Jimmy had complete control of the roster. The divorce came when Jerry tried to change that. The rest is history. Jerry’s a clown proven over the long haul. What did he build exactly? He wasn’t the GM.
