Using the Offensive Line as an excuse is so weak

If the line is it's not as strong then the QB must adjust his game. Throw the ball quicker, buy time, or be more mobile. Go to the coach and suggest shotgun formation. Its about using your brain and your physical abilities. And if you are unable to run and buy time then you should not be the QB. So stop all this nonsense about........."ITS THE OFFENSIVE LINE". It don't matter because the QB still gets a check to perform and make adjustments. Dak is a crappy QB and lack the skills to be an elite QB

The Oline was not that bad...Dak played bad..the WR were trash and the OC should be a HS coach somewhere learning the ropes. The game plan was horrible...The defense had some painful run moments but damn they held the GOAT to 19 points..anyone would take that all day.

The QB should take heat for this game...and now is out. My fear is this Coaching staff (Minus the DC) will get a "My QB is hurt" pass when they clearly had nothing to offer when he was playing....I dont care that your QB is hurt show me a gameplan on offense that helps the players because since denver last year its been trash...if they get killed in every game with Rush then I want the HC/OC gone midseason....we can talk about what to do with the players on this team after that.

lol ok.

So what if you have a rookie LT and a guy who has 2 series of experience at C but 0 at LG?

Then you throw in a bunch of people who have never done anything at wr?

Then you are facing the 2nd ranked scoring defense from last year. Still needs to excell huh?

k.

The trenches are where football games are won and lost. Dak was horrible last night and it wasn't all on the line. At all.

However. The comment that an elite QB fixes the line problems is laughable.

Go watch the SB with Mahomes and tell me why he didn't win with his atrocious line. Since elite QBs can do it on their own. And no. In no way am I comparing Dak to Mahomes lol. Just saying that the argument you are putting forth here is ridiculous.

The Oline excuse is as weak as...

As weak as....

I really can't think of an adequate description to insert here. Maybe later.

Blaming the QB is weak. The coaches need to cater their play calling to the players and the situation. But, if you have an owner making demands on what player to play or what style to play, then you have a problem.

Even in that SB he wasnt sacked because he made efforts to get away and make plays. Dak never does that. He gets sacked or throws Ints

They need to inactivate Pollard and call up Qadree Ollison for the next game.

He and Zeke together would be a nice 1-2 punch.

They can't run the same plays they put on film last year right off the bat and expect it to work.

GB had a rough time at Minnesota yesterday but Rodgers managed to still do more with a bad OL and even worse WRs. Just give him Lamb and maybe they even win it

There is no denying that the OL crumbled with the injuries to T. Smith and then C. McGovern in addition to the lack of addressing the starters/depth properly by the front office. The OL clearly impacts the play of the running and passing games so while I do not think it is a weak argument there was something else I was noticing in rewatching some of the game highlights.

In watching Dak drop back during passing plays, am I the only one that thinks Dak seriously lacks a fluidity to his movement and appears very rigid in his drop back movements? In addition, instead of making a solid plant of his back foot (the same one that saw him break his ankle in 2020 and also suffer a calf injury in 2021) before pivoting his weight forward in his throw, there seems to be a major reservation on putting his weight on that back foot so he is not getting a good, strong release to his throws.

While Tom Brady is of course the GOAT, watching him throw compared to Dak is vastly different and for years people questioned Brady's arm strength yet he was easily throwing with more strength and distance than Dak last night.

The injury to Dak's hand last night is unfortunate in many ways but mostly because I would have wanted to see if those mechanics remain the same or improve.

Bottom line: Dak has either not fully physically recovered from that ankle and calf injuries or mentally he can't move on from those injuries. Either way, something is simply just not right.

Lamb would drop balls from Rodgers just as easily has he drops balls from Dak. He is clearly not a #1 WR

I think everyone saw the same thing we did last night, and Jerry isn't going to be able to hide from it. The media is going to make this the big deal it should be, and Jerry won't be able to spin it without getting flayed by them.
