I think many fans already knew. A serviceable QB with great "intangibles" that needs elite pieces around him to work. This isn't new criticism.

I think hes good enough to win it all but he needs to be a piece of the puzzle, hes certainly not going to raise the level of talent around him; hes not that good.

It would have to be a lightning in a bottle situation that wont happen under Jones ownership. Even then about a 2% chance.

He's like any other QB who isn't elite. You have to surround him with a lot of talent. Hell, really good QBs have trouble when short handed. Look at Brady's last year with the Patriots. Even though they had a good record, he struggled mightily with that offense. And Dak isn't Brady.

The front office has to account for who they have at QB. Like the 49ers have done. Like the Eagles and Dolphins are doing. The Jones boys act as if we have a hall of famer under center.

All QB’s outside of the top 4-6 are the same. The sooner we realize this the better. None of those guys past that top tier will carry an average or below average team anywhere.

If you’re not a Mahomes/Herbert/Allen/Brady type of guy you will not succeed in the NFL without a good team. Most of the delusion is fans not understanding that.

Dak is fine. Just like Carr and Cousins and Stafford. Bad to below average teams, all these guys look inconsistent and downright bad at times. Give these type of guys great coaching, scheme, and talent and you’ll do some damage.

The sooner y’all understand that nobody outside the top guys can win with average to below average teams, the sooner there will be unity on our Dak opinions.

The issue is you’re trying to find the 1% of NFL players. It’s not that Dak is who he is. No non-elite QB wins anything or significance with this team and staff. Heck, even an elite guy would have his work cut out for him.

LOL I was pretty much the first who unironically criticized Dak - 2016 was a trip. Every other day there were people pulling up stats saying Dak was on par with young Brady.

I'm beyond my Dak criticisms now. It's old news to me. He's a Derek Carr/Kirk Cousins level QB and you need a ton of talent around those types of QBs to win a Super Bowl. He's just not worth making threads about and debating anymore. He is what he is. Those who can't see it have an odd affection for him (Maybe some leftover Romo hatred) or it's just pure homerism.
