I hear you but they could afford to pay him as they have generally done a good job with the salary cap in recent years. With everyone banging on about the salary cap increasing going forwards any way, I just don't understand not paying Cooper. I'm not Prescott's biggest fan but he was so much better with Cooper as I think will be the case with Lamb.

I mean, I totally agree with you; It makes almost no sense what they did unless they want to roll the cap over to pay other players next season or something. It’s also possible that there was some kind of rift between Amari and the team/players but I have no evidence to suggest it. Personally, I think the Jones boys thought they were being smart by letting a player go who is past their peak, and they may have been, had they made a legitimate effort to replace him.

And offensively, it looks like they’re (Vikings) doing the same exact thing they did in game 1. Maybe you should change things up a smidge. They’re doing everything The Philly defense saw on film.
