Hate to say it but they look improved on last but most importantly Hurts looks improved.

"Talent" on paper means nothing. Raiders are talented on paper and they stink. There is nothing special about the Eagles except Hurts is playing special. That's the difference between them and anyone in the division right now. He deserves his credit.

Their OL is arguably the best and most dominant OL in the NFL. Their skill talent dwarfs whatever the Giants and Commanders are running out there.

You are accusing people of overselling the Eagles but then turn around and under sell how good they are, especially at certain spots.

In 50 plus year of watching the NFL I dont remember one player never mind QB, whose former owner loves talking trash about to this day. Says it all right there.

Their D stunk that game but their offense was pretty dominant that game.

LOL hilarious some of the homers in here bringing up our win record against the Eagles recently.

Maybe we should also bring up that the Eagles have won a Super Bowl in recent history, ripped apart their team, and then rebuilt in a couple seasons to be competitive again. Simple fact is, the Eagles seem to always find their way back to being competitive every couple of years and they have a trophy to brag about. The last time we had one of those, Seinfeld was in it's prime. Hush up.

If that's the most dominant OL in run blocking then what is the Cowboys because I'm more impressed with their run blocking than I am there's. They do look improved from last season. But you are also correct in pointing out how there were a lot of "Who have the Cowboys beaten" takes, during some seasons in which the Cowboys started off hot or went on some sort of winning streak. So we'll see how the season pans out for the Eagles and if them playing such an easy schedule will properly repair them to face better competition.

Yeah they have to show me. I'm not gonna get caught up in this crap based on what they've done to the Commodes that's just silly. Pains me to even see "Cowboy fans" doing that. We're better than that. Everyone wants to be a "realist" to the point they'll lie to themselves.

Who said anything about fear them? But you have a lot of guys around here trying to convince themselves Philly isn't that good, they aren't much of a threat to us (stuff like, oh man, we smoked them twice last year, so we are still better!, stuff like).

The reality is the Eagles are a legitimate threat to win the division. Anyone suggesting otherwise is just being dumb at this point.

"slobbering" is simply saying Hurt has greatly improved, they aren't playing down to their competition, and they look like a really good team.
