Why wouldnt it work? When the defense is playing great and the Oline is playing great the Cowboys were 7-1 under Dak last year. It wasnt until the Oline went sideways that the season starting going downhill.

I'd say more like when Dak went sideways because of that in-season injury, but there was plenty of blame to go around. Elliott's injury made him less effective, we had players in the receiving corps missing games, etc. It was a convergence of a bunch of bad things, which has seemed to happen to us too often over the years. We haven't been a team that can overcome struggles with our depth.

The playcalling is night and day better. With Rush it's quick pass plays. With Dak, it's long drawn out plays that rarely come to fruition.

well he need to call a 4th and 1 run play in the future and not get cute. Last night even though Brown was held they made things harder than they had to be.It stopped the clock when another 25 seconds could have been run off

I don't mind it, we cant say we want them to be aggressive and then want them to go conservative, they were trying to put the game out of reach.

I thought the coaching sucked along with the offensive line, running game, lack of quality receivers...that's what I kept hearing after week one. Strange

Aggressive is one thing but being smart as to game situation is a prudent thing .Zeke was getting his yards and the line was dominant. that call was dumb IMO as was not getting out of bounds by the TE but hes a rook Ill give him a pass and it worked out

Rush is complementary to the style of game Moore likes to call. Dak isn't. Dak and Moore together aren't all that great when it matters. One or the other (or both) need to go. Just because they're winning with Rush doesn't mean Moore gets off the hook for the horrendous play-calling he's shown previously.

don't know that it was dumb, if they would've ran and not got it, he'd be getting crucified for being soft or having no balls.
