Did you notice the Refs seemed to hold court every time a flag was thrown against the Giants? It as if they were voting on the penalty and looking for a majority vote to not pick up the flag.

Well, you do have to get out of New Jersey alive. It's tough doing that when you're not calling penalties on the home team.

Until Jerry Jones confronts the other 31 franchise owners- specifically the Maras the McCaskeys, the Rooneys, the Fords, the Hunts, Mark Davis, Robert Kraft, Woody Johnson, Gayle Benson, Jeffrey Lurie, Daniel Synder, Arthur Blank, etc. THE NFL IS THE ULTIMATE PROFITABLE SPORTS LEAGUE DUE TO MY INGENUITY THAT STARTED 25 YEARS AGO - AND CONTINUES THROUGH TODAY.
Stop putting roadblocks to my team winning and maybe succeeding = contrived calls against my team by the officials.

Jerry needs to draw up some kind of revenue-sharing contract that says any time a Cowboys opponent has fewer than five penalties, the rest of the league misses out on some kind of profit incentive. Play to their greed.

That's absurd. They dropped back to pass so many times and the rush was so relentless, there had to be more than 1 hold. I saw a few just watching the game on TV.

Add to that, Jones scrambled so much that I'm sure there were holds that could have brought plenty of those gains back.

The refs were horrible last night. Everyone has an off night. The League needs to address it with the crew though.

thing is, you don't not call the two obvious PI/holding on Brown without wanting not to call them

We sacked Jones 5 times and had more than 20 pressures against him. Yet they were only called for 1 holding penalty.

We sacked Jones 5 times and had more than 20 pressures against him. Yet they were only called for 1 holding penalty.

While We kept Cooper Rush clean with no sacks, and no pressure, and had a total of 3 holding penalties.

The film doesn't lie. Many times Parsons was held but there was no call. Noah Brown was mugged and there was no call.

Yet we get called for ticky tack fouls like a Tyler Smith's call and the personal foul on Wilson.

What is up with these refs calling everything one sided? It's obvious that they aren't giving us any leeway when it comes to penalties.

Did you see how unhappy the ref was when he had to call intentional grounding on jones? What a piece of garbage.

It’s one thing when we’re mad at the refs when we lose cause people think we’re just making excuses for the loss...

But we won and we’re still saying the same thing about these boss refs. What are we making excuses for now? Exactly the truth will always be the truth regardless if we win or lose.

The job of the referees sometimes is to keep the games close for viewing purposes unfortunately.
Actually what we fans witness is not a challenge between two gladiators on the gridiron but an entertaining entity that has many fans up in arms on the complexity of the game itself. Like the catch rule for example. But the refs who miss blatant calls can and do make games more entertaining for the masses by keeping things close a lot of the time with the occasional stinker allowed to keep it looking legit.

Better yet Jerry just needs to buy out the refs and make it as a separate business entity. Make the full-time employees and tripling their pay.

I recall one play which Jones took off on a run and Gnat number 76 literally had one of our guys in a bear hug and no call. Stevie Wonder get an NFL umpire gig?

Just mentioned it in a post that you liked. It’s pretty difficult to keep an opponent from pressuring your QB all day. There’s always going to be some holding but they’re not going to call it unless it’s flagrant.

Just because there's a lot of holding doesn't necessarily mean there has to be. Sure, it seems unlikely that there's ever been a game in which a team didn't hold anyone at all, but it's possible.

Parsons was held by 3 players on the same play That looked kinda flagrant to me

I’ve heard some of these studio/booth officials claim that you could call holding on every play if you wanted to. Sometimes a players technique can influence a holding call.

Or the lack thereof, such as the Packers. I'm sure holding occurs on every play, but there are techniques that either hide it, or that the officials allow.
