I'd prefer to wait for the results of the investigation before rushing to judgment, which is usually the prudent approach.

If the NFLPA finds wrongdoing they'll be all over it, and should be. They have plenty of attorneys on the payroll.

And that's really why a team can get away with that sort of thing. If they don't talk and if Tua doesn't say much, then the Dolphins might not be punished that badly, but I think his motor skills after the Bills hit show that something very bad happened to his head and was ignored.

Rephrase, someone has to talk honestly. They can just repeat the lie that they were told and if none of them break the cover story then you have no evidence.
