Man you should check out some facts before you speak to destroy someone's character...HC McCarthy relies on his "Replay Booth" to look at the replays and tell him whether or not he should challenge them...and if they don't let him know in time, He's not going to wildly throw a Red Challenge Flag!...Get Real!

The biggest issue is that he doesn't have anyone on staff responsible for seeing these things, that has a line/frequency to get the message to him in time.

This points to lack of preparation. Ever since instant replay, teams and coaches have a replay specialist in the booth, rewinding and analyzing. He should have had that detail addressed going into the game.
