Gervon Dexter of Florida. 6'6 315. Has the length Quinn likes. Has the potential to be a major impact player against the run and pass. Probably already a better player than Odighizuwa. Most years I think would be top 15, but a strong DL class could push into the 20's. I think his upside is a Muhammad Wilkerson type player

Siaki Ika of Baylor. 6'4 355 This is a guy In sure will get alot of fans here just due to being a huge DT. Ika is much more that a lane clogger. He is effective and making a play on the ball carrier in run defense, and is a strong pass rusher for his size. Most places have him as a 2nd rounder right now, but I think he ends up a 1st rounder given what he is capable of doing at his size. Might not be the freak athlete Davis was, but a better overall player.

Ika is a beast.

One of my early top targets. Will have to check out the other dude.

Jalen Carter won't fall far enough
It actually could be a pretty year to get a DT in the 20's. It looks like a fairly strong class. Just depends on how some of the tier 2 guys hold up to scrutiny during the draft process

Top guys as of now are Carter and Breese, right?

If Ika can show some athletic ability at the combine some team will think he could be like Vea

I’d rather grab a veteran in free agency upgrading on Hankins. A good 1T isn’t all that expensive and unless you get a super freak then coming out of the draft I think they take time to build the strength required to play NFL.

Our 3t's are pretty weak too

I really like Ika. I also think he rises in the draft. Very surprised at his movement

Yes, there are good 1techs every year for reasonable contracts.

The Raiders signed Andrew Billings for 1.05M this year.

Keep an eye on Omari Thomas(6-4,325) DT Tennessee.

Yes. Carter is potential top 5, and Breese could go top 10

I could definitely see Ika being the 3rd DT, and landing in the top 15

Guessing Hankins trade negated taking a NT prospect in the draft now…

About time

We're almost never in a great position to take a RD1 worthy DT.
