Any cap hit OBJ has this season should be minimal. We could use his help. But I'm not expecting 2016 OBJ. Just a good WR. Anything more than that is gravy.

Ravens don’t want to pay the money and the Ravens offense is about running the football with Lamar Jackson. OBJ will be a Cowboy if the money is right. OBJ is also looking for multi year contract as well.

The Ravens might want him. He might not want them. If I'm a WR I don't want to play with a QB that's about running first. Same as when Vick was in Atlanta. He'd put up like 15 passes a game. Not enough to go around for 3 receivers and a TE.

Season is going into it's last qtr of games. This dude isn't in football shape, just got medically clear and do not know the plays. I'll pass on him.

As much as I’d love to have a healthy OBJ there to stretch opposing defense. I feel it’s a pipe dream and is not based in reality. Money and health being the two biggest factors. Even if he’s willing to take peanuts he would probably not even be healthy enough to effectively contribute.

What's to say we won't just sign him for the rest of the year? Make the cap hit work for this year and deal with next year when it comes.

The only team that really seems to want him is Dallas…

They would be bidding against themselves.

People may think it’s great if he signs a cheap prove it deal but he won’t be happy and will go nuts if not featured…which he definitely should NOT be on this team at this time.

I’m all for it if Gallup or Lamb go down, but totally against this otherwise.

If he really wants 20m per then I hope Jerry tells him what he told Randy Gregory, "El paso"

Like to have him but 2 acl's in 2 years on the same knee.... He is not worth more than Gallup money. He knows this is his last payday.

You're a box of rocks (we knew that though) if you think he's asking for $20M this season.

Also buys him time to work out, chill, come up with a plan to con Jerry and Stephen into guaranteed money by using info from other teams. Seems like Dallas is his preferred target.

Sure, let's add a damaged attention ***** at wide receiver right before the playoffs.

That'll go well.

I don`t like the Jones boys chances against any of those front offices.

Kind of a weird comment.

OBJ is looking for his last contract after two serious injuries. Cowboys are notorious for overpaying players.

The chances are high he lands here based on history.

So conservatively say at least 2-3 weeks to get into football shape so even if signed in the next week, by the time OBJ gets into football shape and learns the Dallas offense, at best you are looking at him not really being up to speed until near the end of December so is this an attempt to make OBJ a playoff push type signing? Also, there is no way he will settle for a 3-5 game contract so what is Dallas really looking to pay him over what would possibly be a multi-year deal?

OBJ stats:

2020 (7 games): 23 catches 319 yards 3 td's

2021 (14 games): 44 catches 537 yards 5 td's

While he had back to back just over 1,000 yards seasons in 2018 & 2019, he is nowhere near the WR he was the first 3 seasons of his career (2014-2016) so I am not sure why all the desire to sign him to Dallas.

We don’t need him to be the receiver he was his first 3 years….come in get acclimated and then next year be a very good/solid number 3 or number 2 receiver. I’m not banging the table one way or the other on obj but the bills are a franchise that’s run very well they have interest. There’s no visits but some interest from the ravens per reports and Kansas City- another 2 franchise run very well.

I’ll defer to them and their football people over fans on why a team would want to add him

They don’t do Divas..

Josina Anderson of CBS Sports reported on Thursday that the Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs remain in conversation with Beckham. The former Pro Bowl wide receiver is set to visit with the New York Giants, Buffalo Bills, and Dallas Cowboys in early December.
It seems as though the race to sign Beckham is down to five teams, and the Ravens are among those still interested. However, it is noteworthy that they don’t have a visit lined up with him yet“

Medically cleared for practice. Just getting in football shape now. Visiting the Bills and Giants next week and the Cowboys on the 5th.

Playoffs baby.

But unlikely that he would even make an impact. Might play a Desean Jackson role. I day this due to his injury
