Targeting backup Cb's when Passing

You hear it talked about when the starting CB isn't playing, you want to attack that backup player. Why don't we have this memo to do this on offense? It seems like teams often pick on our guys, yet we'd rather not, and throw short passes to our TE and RB

Dak Prescott is not like Tony Romo. Tony Romo would take the game plan tossed it aside and do his own thing. Dak Prescott sticks with the game plan, so if Kellen Moore isn't creating or attacking mismatches then that's on Kellen Moore.
 
There won’t be any easy targets tonight with Slay and Bradberry. Hilton should be able to get some big plays
