Time Management

We had better get a better handle on end of game time management.

It has been horrendous the last 2 games.

We overcame it today, but did not last week.

In the playoffs you can't make these kind of bonehead plays against playoff caliber teams.

I sure hope they can start raising the football IQ of this team, especially Dak's.

Yeah we almost lost two games in a row because of time management. That is on the quarterback.

I know I know,,,,,,its the iggles and a win is a win and all of that stuff......but come'on man......7 years in league and doesnt understand rules? Game Situations? Stay in bounds to keep clock running, then on the same play take a 10 yrd sack instead of throwing it out of back endzone. This will probably cost them in the playoffs....its these little things he just cant get over the hump.
BTW, these YOUNG Opposing coaches just make this whole team look stupid with simplicitly because of the lack of discipline.....But thats the coaching style of MM......thats how he miraculosly wins and loses games when he was with GB..... A-Rod bailed him out with a SB ring......

Yes that was totally unacceptable from a 7 year veteran.
This on the heels of the 3rd down bomb last week.
Dak has got to pay attention to these kind of details.

He should have went down but one second was on the clock and I’m guessing he thought it had ticked off

Running the ball eats the clock and the other teams time outs in that situation. Not sure why this team didn't stress this after the Jags game. Just dumb is all I guess.

Time management was awful at the end. The Qb needs to milk more time off the clock and stop hiking with 10 seconds on the play clock.

Thanks, we got away with it today.
I was referring to our playoff games, we cant keep doing dumb things and hope to keep dodging bullets.
I think this is a legit concern, do you feel differently?

Dallas is not alone. The great Burrow almost blew a game in New England. Everything is magnified in Dallas.

Yep the difference in the playoffs with 2 good teams sometimes comes down to details like this.
