Not a single poster on here can even put into words what was wrong with the plays called, they aren't educated enough on schemes or plays in general. The moment the offense doesn't put the arbitrary yards/points they have in their head, the next OC will be on the chopping block.

Next OC is Fat Mike, so I'm good with him being on the chopping block next year.

We either make it to the NFCCG or we blow this whole thing up, from head coach down to the water boy and yes, that includes the QB.

Its no guarantee that dumb and dumber replace the QB if McCarthy fails…

If we are situationally better when it matters we don't have to be number one in offense. Clearly, number #1 in offense hasn't gotten us anywhere we want to be. Time to try something new instead of this retread that hasn't worked.

The only problem with that is Mike had a hard time at times just managing the game itself. Not sure how he will be the HC/OC.. Hope he can, but not holding my breath.

McCarthy reportedly will call plays next year.

Hopefully it's McCarthy's offense - but he hires his own X's and O's offensive caller .

and keep in mind it would not be Schottenhemeir's offense - as was Kellen's but now it's McCarthy's...he'd call McCarthy's GB like offense

IMO it’ll be Brian Schottenheimer. Mike calls the plays and Brian oversees the rest of it.
