Come on Kenneth, we are complaining about Dak because Dr Jeckle can get the offense scoring 31pts one week and looks like the second coming, the next week when things start going wrong the other Mr Hyde comes to the fore and he just loses the ability....not on one drive, but for two quarters.
It helps if you are able and/or willing to identify what the above bold actually is.

Lol dude Dak’s whole thing is he protects the football and he lead the league in turnovers and played in less games.

They wanted him to stay aggressive and that’s what happens when you ask him to do that.
How do you arrive at the wanted him to be more aggressive?

You can't erase history as much as you want to. When the contract was signed he was paid like an elite player. Three years later it may be average, sure, but don't act like at one point it wasn't. I am all fine for bickering and debating on here for fun, but when people want to make backward insults then I can play nasty too.
I wouldn't waste too much time with him. One of our resident bullies.

People on this board need to stop whining about Dak Prescott, he isn't as bad as many believe and not going anywhere in the near future. He is our QB and we need to support him, not kill him over everything wrong with the franchise:

-I can go back into the summer posts, where nobody had high expectations for this offense. Many thought with the loss of Cooper, Gallup not going to be ready, this team was going to be lucky to win 8 games. They won 12 games again, with lesser talent, Tyron missing most of the season and Dak out 5 games.

-Dak missed 5 games due to breaking his thumb, when he returned, the offense averaged over 30 points a game, #1 in 3rd down conversion and one of the league leaders in red zone efficiency. Outside of the Washington game, the team just lost 2 OT games on the road, in which the defense blew 2nd half double digits leads. Did Dak play perfect games and protect the football, no, but his offense wasn't the only reason why they lost.

-Lamb finally played like a true #1 receiver down the stretch, but Noah Brown was our next best receiver, yes, Noah Brown the special teamer. If I would of told anybody that Noah Brown was going to be the #2 receiver at the start of the year, everyone would of said they have no chance. Gallup was a complete disaster this season post injury, Tolbert was a bust and Washington was even worse. They were forced to sign a retired 33 year old receiver that was sitting on his couch. Their receiving core was the 2nd worse within the playoff teams.

-Where was the team's strong running game? Don't even need to go into Zeke's production as we all know his time is up, but the run game totally disappeared when Steele went down with an injury. This was a major issue heading into this year's postseason, believe they averaged less then 3 yards against the 49ers in their loss. Both backs could do nothing on the ground. There is a reason why the OL coach, RB was just fired.

-Dak just faced the 49ers defense, which was the best in the entire league. No running game, he was asked to read a defense in which they had 7-8 in coverage with 1 legitimate receiver. On top of this, a scheme that Steve Young stated prior to the game was the most basic, easiest to defend. Now you same fans are changing the goal posts and says Moore is Dak's scapegoat for his poor play.

-People need to accept the fact, the 49ers were the better team, period.

-If you want to blame anybody, it should be more towards the front office. They put together a less talented group and expected better results. They are now forced to upgrade the talent and the staff had no choice but to change their scheme. No doubt Dak has to play better and protect the football, but he needs some support to be successful. Josh Allen scores 10 points at home and gets a pass, but Dak scores 12 on the road against the best defense and it's all his fault.
I have no hate for Dak.
I am disappointed in his performance against the 49ers, but wish him the best on and off the field.
As you mentioned in the grand scheme of things, our front office is our largest and most easily correctable problem.

It's never one thing.
Exactly, it's never one thing because it's down to Dak psychology, the inability to step up and overcome adversity.
....when everything's going well he 's a game winner....but things don't always go to plan.

When there's like a 90% chance that QB won't become as good as Dak? Nah. Not worth it.

Later rounds? Sure, if there's someone whose potential we love.

1st round? Nope. We already have a good QB. I'd rather add better pieces around him and see what happens.
He's in his 7th season, we know what is going to happen. Just like I have been telling you for years and I have ended up right and you have ended up wrong.

Inability?

recent, off the top of my head,

like the NE and LAC games last year on the road both came back and won the game..like say the eagles game pick 6 then down twice by 10 mostly on the defense won 40-34 and against a very good defense.

how about say the bears game D was giving up chunks of yards and some cheap scores starting to threaten the lead Dak gave them and Dak then goes on a hot streak for the 2nd time in that game to drop how many points, 49?

how about the colt's game looking close looking in reach for anther blown game, much like GB and Jags turned out with big leads by Dak , the offense led by Dak goes off for 33 points in the 4th qtr..

NYG game got down 13-7 at the half and dak and company come out in the 2nd half and score 21 and shut the giants down in close game.

Texans game got tight last drive was what again, a 98 yards for a td to WIN was near perfect execution!

none of that was adversity?

you do relauize Dak doesnt typically lose game by himself as ateam we lsot that 9er game.. you have selective memory on all the other mistakes or payers and coaches who didnt play well?

Not me. And I gave Dak a lot more leeway that I even gave Romo. But 7 years is enough time. That 49ers game totally convinced me. We aren't winning anything with him. Sometimes you have to jump ship instead of going down with the Titanic. It's okay to say you were wrong.
That’s fine. I get why people would jump off. It’s not about being right or wrong. I never said Dak was anything other than what he showed me. He was bad this year so I have no issue saying he’s a. As quarterback. He was pretty good the season before so I said he was top 10. That’s the problem everyone wants to be right and prove their knowledge of the game. Can’t take their feelings out of it. I’m gonna ride with him until they let him go. Unfortunately he’s our best bet at winning until he’s out from under the salary cap so keep improving the team and hope for the best.
