We were frauds but the Eagles were just less fraudulent. They took care of business but never had an impressive win all season maybe Vikings at home. Easiest playoff path to the Super Bowl ever Daniel Jones and 49ers lose QB on first drive are you kidding? They'll lose to the Chiefs barring injury to Mahomes or some fluke.
Having a dominant D-line and dominant O-line and dominant run game are "flukes"?

One striking difference between the Eagles and Cowboys:

Before the Cowboys-9ers game during warmups, 9er players came over into Dallas turf, disrupting their kicker, and disrespecting the Dallas players as they tried to warm up. They lingered around for quite some time...and no Dallas player lifted a finger. They just sat there while the 9ers "kicked sand in our face"

They tried to do it again Sunday to the Eagles during warm-ups. The Eagles wouldn't have any of that, and defended their turf...with AJ Brown leading the way to come over and shove them back on their side. They refused to be intimidated.

And then we have Micah Parsons, who is supposed to be a leader on this team, rooting for the Eagles. You hear about any Eagles players rooting for other teams last year when THEY lost? Nope. Too much pride.

The Cowboys have talent, but not toughness, or loyalty and accountability to each other. We're a group of talented players. Philly is a team.

They have been the best team in the conference all year with Hurts. But has there been an easier road to the Super Bowl than facing an overachieving NYG team and then a 4th string QB in the Conference Title Game???

If that would have been us, Dak would have found a way to lose it.

Good teams make their own destiny (success). Sports medicine, analytics, drafting, free agency, team-building, camaraderie and overall support create a winning environment.
You can't tell me there are a ton of teams that do all those things but get derailed by a multitude of problems...injuries, tough schedule....player acquisitions that you thought were right but for whatever reason didn't work out. This same GM was ridiculed a few seasons ago because of the exact things that he has done in the last couple of years - drafting, player trades and signings. Low and behold, it wasn't working then but it did this time. They got lucky and are nothing but destined this season and I detailed why above. Their luck has been beyond ridiculous! Easiest road to the Super Bowl of any good team I have ever seen.

We are close and I think Jerry just has to see that Tampa went all in two years ago signing players, the Rams went all in last year and now the Eagles do it this year.
I think the way it works now if by going all in then suffering for a year or two after. Just imagine if we did that. Go out and get Payne and a legit WR. We'd be right there too. Imagine Redick with Parson?

Which part of my post was incorrect? It's only "trolling" because it's true, no?

They were the front runners all year long . Unless Hurts is injured they could have potentially gone 16-1 . They are first team to win both playoff games scoring more than 30 points and not giving 10 points in either games.

They upgraded their team in the right places this past offseason using their draft picks complementing a top 5 defense from last year and Hurts first playoff appearance .

Hurts in his 3rd season played at a MVP level. And most likely was going to win the award until Mahomey hobbled into Super Bowl on one leg. With such a strong season are the favorite to win Super Bowl.

And they could be the favorites to win our division and lead the NFC again next year . All while the Cowboys were making cost cutting Cap moves and attempting to retool after dominating our division last year which provided the Egirls the opportunity to move past us in 2023.

Now with another disappointing loss in playoffs the Cowboys are reeling again looking to make more Cap moves lessening our talent pool while making wholesale asst coaching decisions .

More unknowns moving forward for the Cowboys than the Egirls . While the Giants could be on our heels next year as they took a major step forward as well in 2022.

2023 will all be on McCarthy as he takes over play calling. Good news is if 2023 is another disappointing ending we have our new HC already in place as our DC is probably our most popular coach on staff in decades.

Will be interesting to see what moves we make in offseason regarding the Cap and key roster releases as well as priorities in Draft . Cause we are no longer the front runner in division as we are chasing the current NFC champion.
They are the gold standard. Thank god for Washington… they are all that stands between us and utter humiliation.

That’s what Ive always called them.
It's 2023 but if you can't see what you're doing here then I don't know what to tell you. I know both of my adult daughters would have a field day giving you a piece of their minds but then...I raised them that way.

I have waaaaay more than 5 posts and being realistic and accepting the truth doesn't make me an Eagles fan. I live right outside of Philly and surrounded by Eagle fans and news like a few of us around here. I'm also on record as saying we are close. I hope Jerry sees the last 3 SB teams from the NFC all went all in this offseason. I'm definitely not part of the doom and gloom club. I'm part of the side that thinks... why didn't we sign Redick and pair him with Parsons.'I'm the guy who says it's beyond time to get a Payne type for 100 mill

I feel for anyone who lives in or around Philadelphia.
It has its really bad parts but also it's super nice areas. Go to NW Philly... it's really nice. Not modern nice like Dallas but giant stone mansions. Trees and the woods to go for walks. But it is a working class town and has its violent parts. Do have to admit they are typically just rude... but that's an east coast thing.

Dallas is just a "younger" city. Philly has had more time to show its age, in some ways better, and in other ways worse.
