What was Jerrys biggest blunder?

Not having the discipline or humility to recognize he is neither fit nor qualified to be an NFL GM and that his Son is in the same boat masquerading as EVP of Player Personnel. It's a bad mix of arrogance with ignorance that is fueled by their greed and good fortune as a marketing entity.

If we don’t count his delusion of being an NFL GM, I’ll go with the Roy Williams trade. They traded away their future and then made him the highest paid WR in the league. That move gave us the infamous 2009 special teams draft.

You got it. 100% spot on.

All of the other many many blunders Jerry has made were caused by this one mammoth blunder: Having a moron as a GM.

Someone go ask Jerry what instincts are and why they are more important than speed to a LB, especially a MLB. Bet he hasn't the foggiest.

Johnson already had one foot out the door and never intended to stay in Dallas as just a HC. Dallas was just another stop, like Stillwater and Miami, to another destination. There was no way Booger was going to keep Johnson.
Agreed on one foot out the door. But he may not have if Jerry didn’t meddle so much once they became successful. Had Jerry been smart , he could have move Jimmy to President and let him run all Football operations.

Mainly due to Jerry’s increased meddling.

Coach, I respectfully disagree.
He could have made it easier for Jimmy to stay a couple of more years.
That would have possibly gotten us the 1994 Superbowl for 4 in a row.
