I always thought that if you were a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, and also happened to read and post comments on a Cowboy fan blog for several years, that you would be a positive, supportive fan of the "The Boys” and that you would be more likely than most to say really nice and helpful things about the Cowboys.

And by a fan I mean a person who supports, cheers and roots for the team that wears orange and green and really hopes that the Hurricanes wins most of, if not every single game they play. That is what most "fans" do for their teams, regardless of what colors they wear, or where and when they play any event.

But apparently, I was wrong once again. Shockingly enough there are a group of so-called Cowboy Zoner fans that actually hate their team. No really, while some of you may find it hard to believe, it is absolutely and factually true.

There is a small but dedicated group of "haters" out there that want to crush, destroy and terminate anyone who might support their team. In fact, they call these positive minded folks "homers".

While most "fans" of any team root for and encourage their team and coaches and players this group does the opposite. They whine, blame, bash, and at times want to bludgeon them to death with great force.

Why? I have no idea, but I do know that they certainly do exist.

They hate the Owner, the GM, the Head Coach, and criticize certain players, and blame even some inanimate objects like stadiums and anything else they can find for their life's miseries.

You would think that someone from the Cowboys a player, coach or the FO, actually came into their home and robbed them of all that they hold dear just to make them wallow in anguish and pain on purpose.

The Homers just want their team to win and celebrate when they do.

The Haters just want their team to lose and then complain when they do.

So now I have to ask: "Which one are U?"

Hold up...

Didn't you accuse @USArmyVet of copy/pasting an article that wasn't copy/pasted at all, but now here you are doing just that, but forgetting to change "Hurricanes" to "Cowboys" in your posts? :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Name the "Haters" and give examples.
You accept mediocrity from this team as long as they have a star on their helmet.
We all don't wave pom poms after every loss. In case you haven't noticed this team hasn't won a Super Bowl in 28 years.

Can't answer, or rather won't answer the question, it's the old "Do you still beat your wife" type question. either way you answer it puts you in a bad light.

Reminds me of a politcial survey call I got years ago, one of the questions was something like "Do you think candidate X is doing a poor job or a terrible job as Y?", when I thought X was doing a good job. There was no choice that represented my opinion, so I just told the caller that and hung up the phone.

I get the point of the post, but the question just isn't phrased very well....

I can't even imagine being so weak and insecure, as to be so affected by the comments of others.

The notion of "support" makes me laugh. Neither the most LOVE filled poster, nor the most HATE filled poster has any affect on the team. None whatsoever. There is no "supporting" in any way that has any affect on anything other then your wittle feelings.

Oh, and..... Dak sucks.

Of course that is what he does as that is what all Dakfantaics do: accuse others of doing the very thing they do.

Yup.

Although they are very very loud and obnoxious, there aren't all that many haters or homers. The majority of fans are neither.

IMO, identifying w/ either group is weird. Strange bunch on both sides of this coin.

Anytime you don't heap mounds of praise on Dak.....you get labeled hater.

Used to be you;d actually have to say something pretty terrible. But the snowflakes these days had to soften up the criteria so they could actually have something to complain about.

Hater of the 3 most important position holders who control the NFL success rate.
That is GM, HC and QB1.

Absolute homer towards the team of close to 50 years.
