Meanwhile Darnell Washington is apparently making grown men cry in Steeler's camp.

Going to need to see more than a rep against air from Schoon.
Let the Cowboys coaches do the evaluation. They’re the ones making personnel decisions.

Real solid camp? They keep using those words, I don’t think they mean what they think they mean
It’s all fluff. They know he’s not the answer but they need to say the right things

He's 5'9 187. Thats 4 inches and 12lbs.

12 lbs of good weight is a LOT for someone that size.
Combine height was 5-8 1/2. He's short, too. I do agree that his weight is good for that size, but without the speed, I don't know if he goes before the fourth. Give Vaughn that speed and maybe he goes fourth, but probably fifth. Just saying speed is a major factor, especially for short players.

Don't think that's true. I think they really like the player and want to give him every chance to succeed before possibly moving on.

Achane is 5'9" which is sunstantially bigger. Achane never has lookied like a midget among trees. Also, Achane carried the load in the SEC, not the BDF12. Huge difference.
Combine height is 5-8 1/2. He's 3 1/2 inches taller, but still short for the position. Without the 4-32 speed don't think he goes in the first three rounds. I do agree that succeeding in the SEC helped.

I believe he will go to the PS and be the future.

That is possible. I think he'll be given the first couple of preseason games to prove himself, then if he doesn't Dallas will grab a vet when the cutdowns start.

Guys that go 88 against the Alabama defense have enough speed.

Just like Emmitt. I remember the war room story where someone said he was too slow and the reply was “then how does he have all of these long runs”?

That's because the game isn't all about your 40 time. Some carry their pads better than others, not losing as much speed. Some do subtle things such as shifting gears that make it hard to catch them. Some just have an extra gear. Emmitt wasn't that fast, but he was rarely caught from behind because he understood angles, how to shift his speed and had great balance to shake of ankle-tackle attempts.

But when it comes to the draft lack of height with 4.5 speed generally means you are going to go lower.

I forgot. This is a forum to only chant praise for whatever decision the organization made.

In this case, wouldn't it be the player acquisition department though?

Alienating the pillar of the o-line and going into the season with an unproven kicker who didn't show anything is exactly what I'd expect a senile clown to do.
