“‘I'm going to go with the Dallas Cowboys’ Gronkowski told eponymous host Kay Adams, who asked which team would earn the tight end's money in a Super Bowl bet. "You don't always want to be the favorites, because then you don't win too much. So I feel like the Dallas Cowboys, they have pretty good odds to win some money if they win it all.

(Cook is) a super fast player, can go downfield, he'll be a great complement to CeeDee Lamb," Gronkowski said. "They added Stephon Gilmore ... he was Defensive Player of the Year a couple of years ago and I think he's going to make a great comeback this year and play at a high level.

I feel like this is the year they just get over that edge.”

Gronk is usually the first one to dog the Cowboys for being soft, so good sign I guess. Maybe his connection with Gillmore is giving him a candid look at our team. Someone shut off the player's TVs, phones or anything else that can feed them the media hype. Take it one day at a time, and let's hope for the best with the injuries.

He went for clowning how soft we were years ago to this. I will say this team is tougher than years past. Even last year. It's because of Micah.
It's not just Micah. Guys like Kearse and Biadasz - even CD - play with a lot more of an edge than they had at the end of the JG regime.

McCarthy wants them to play with a lot more arrogance, which goes hand in hand with being a tougher team.

If the cowboys can get past the divisional round then i would say SB because i doubt any NFC Team is head and shoulders better than us

its just the divisional round where they puke up doo doo

I think we can be forgiven for not remembering this due to the number of decades involved.....but USUALLY the conference championship game is HARDER than the divisional rounds, not easier, which in turn are harder than the wild card rounds.

Not always....but USUALLY... the quality of teams you face as you advance through the playoffs INCREASES the farther u go .vs DECREASING.... within ur respective Conference. Just confused why you think the division round is the Mt Rushmore obstacle, and the NFC Championship game will be an automatic pass to the SB.

Sometimes you will face a scrub team that eeked into a WildCard game (see TampaBay last year).... occasionally you will face an average team on a lucky streak in the divisional round....but 90% of the time the team you meet in the NFC CG will be one of the best teams in the league that year.

phew still on the 1st page...ummmm...oh I got one.

I wish they would rebuild the Titanic and go on the exact same course they did with the original one with every member of the Dallas Cowboys on it with Jerry being the captain. You know because...the old captain and the sinking ship thing.
