Yes.

Teams can add 2 Practice Squad players to the active roster each week. Each player can be added to the roster 3 times.

A lot can happen over the first 3 weeks of the season.

The Cowboys are betting a spot will open for C.J. Goodwin during that time.

I really liked Butler I thought he played well in that last pre-season game, I think he has a chance to develop.

I was thinking only Bostick and Butler. Very underwhelming practice squad but maybe that should be expected when every team can keep an extra 16 players.
