Should D-Law be added to the Ring of Honor?

Is this a serious question? Solid player had a few really good seasons but if you are putting Lawrence in the ring then there is a ton of more players that need to go in before him. He didn’t have a big enough impact for a long enough time. He’s not even close.

No and I am a fan of D-Law but I would sooner put in Marion the Barbarian and Roy "Collar Tackle" Williams in the ROH over him. Which means no. They first need to add Jimmy Johnson, Jason Witten, and the Cheerleaders before him.

Jerry was finally shamed into putting in Jimmy Johnson in 2023.

This is probably the first negative post I've written about Dlaw, but no he doesn't belong in the ROH. He was consistently one of our best defensive players, but the ROH is only for the absolutely elite Cowboys players.

I love DLaw, and I find it silly that fans don’t respect his high level of play. Find me other DEs who are as good as he is vs the run but still have a decent amount of pass rush. He plays hard. He plays hurt. For the past few years he was the best and sometimes only run defender on the field. And….he never held out to break the bank.

All of that said, come on…..he’s not Ring of Honor material. This is like arguing that lovable contributors like Bill Bates, Jim Jeffcoat, or Dez Bryant belong there. The Ring of Honor should be The Cowboys Hall of Fame. The only non HOL players in the Ring should be guys like Darren Woodson, guys we truly believe should be in the Hall.
