Run defense is still going to kill us when games really matter

I'm mostly pissed at the defense. The offense hasn't had the ball that much, and they have pretty much an entire Oline of backups. There is going to be some struggles. The defense? They look like a JV squad out there. There is no excuse. AZ looks like the greatest offense in the league.

Clock control and the ability to run.. that's the game Dallas was trying to commit to. It's a big wow when it happens to us.

Practicing matters. The starters didn’t play in the preseason. And then they went camp cream puff in week 3?! That was an egregious mistake.

My fear in the offseason and in camp was the run D. Hankins alone isn't enough. Mazi isn't ready and showed that throughout camp.

If a team wants to really commit to running the ball on us, they can grind us to a pulp. Philly is gonna try to do the exact same thing to us with their OL.

I don’t get how everyone got upset at Bart Scott lol . He’s right it’s always something with this stupid team . Also the Dak people ( I was one until this year ) have to realize the reason the Cowboys have no success in post season is because Dak wilts at the slightest , tiniest bit of adversity . He’s great while front running . The moment I saw 3 starting linemen were out i completely wrote off offense . It just also happens that the “ doomsday defense “ ( laughable ) is doing the same the moment Diggs isn’t on field and that’s against a journeyman QB . Embarrassing doesn’t cover it . I don’t even care if they come back and win by 30 in second half there is zero chance this team does anything in the post season. They are just a pathetic reflection of Jerry Jones .

Dak has actually played a solid game so far. He's been one of the few bright spots on this team today.

Another example of Dallas shutting down when they get punched in the mouth; they look undisciplined, sloppy and flat; Dak needs to stretch the field and defense needs to stop the run. Cowboys getting out-coached in every phase of the game this far.

Don't get me wrong - several were fair. But there were a few that I just don't see.

Either way I'm trying not to have an excuse here our defense is special teams with the penalties I mean especially that last one I mean yeah Jimmy offside penalties I mean I feel like Randy gregory's back all of a sudden I mean it looks like we're playing the Eagles in the 49ers here and we're actually not playing Eagles and 49ers

Only positive for me is that the Rookie / replacement OL guys haven't been total embarrassment's yet. Hasn't been a glaring problem. The Defense on the other hand. wow..

I'm telling you we still have a chance the Arizona Cardinals are a bad second-half team and the Cowboys are only down by 11 mostly because of the penalties and the defense is at a position I still think we have a chance to win and I don't care about New England why are you thinking about New England Joshua Jones ain't the only player in the NFL that can move we should not be losing to this player

With the Cowboys luck. Arizona will have their strongest 2nd half of the season.

They have listend too much to the hype. They will probably come back in this game. The problem is when they start playing elite teams.

I knew someone would be blaming Dak in a game where he is so obviously not even in the top 100 list of problems.

What’s your defense for him? He hadn’t done squat this game. Clear example is he didn’t even take a min off the clock to prevent more points from going on defense that’s been on the field the whole game. That’s 3 more points that are him for poor game management, he’s been sacked twice by holding on to the ball when most would’ve thrown it out of bounds are been gone from the pocket by then. Ya tge defevse is playing bad however the offense hasn’t played for 2 1/2 games now
