PI Michael Gallup endzone

officiating was way off. It's also the lack of discipline too. Everything was off this week. Injury after injury.

In all honesty that was PI. Ball should have been placed at the 1. I can't for the life of me figure out why the flag was picked up. Could McCarthy have challenged that?
Sorry-- I am a back judge and I would NOT call PI. I allow players to play. If it is a "grey" area then I will not throw my flag.
Fans want to see the players and not the flags.

I agree with you but PI is not something coaches can challenge in the NFL.

SO you would allow a DB to not be looking at the ball and face guard? Also could have called that on the throw to CeeDee in the corner of th end zone earlier in the game

If they didn’t throw the flag I would’ve said they’re letting them play.

It’s borderline PI and since the flag was thrown it should’ve stood as one.

Ball was underthrown. Even if it wasn't it doesn't matter. Play better and don't leave it in the hands of the refs. That's what good teams do.

The receiver often doesn’t get that call on a severely underthrown ball. I saw it happen a few times yesterday.
They usually do get that call though. They shouldn't, but they do. Brady made a living off of getting that call to the point where he seemed to do it on purpose.
