Wanted to know your feeling on how the Eagles essentially run a rugby play on short yard. I heard a lot of people complaining about the play and how it's impossible to stop yet 4 teams have tried it this year and they are 0-4 runnng it. Thoughts?

To begin with, it’s only viable if they’re in a 4th and short (like <= 2 yards). Keeping them in 4th and long eliminates the rugby play.

Absolutely. I'm just saying a lot of people
we're saying it's cheap and too easy yet it seems like only the Eagles do it well

Probably part is you have to practice it and have the personnel. Hurts is no Robert Newhouse, but he does have a strong lower body and their OL is one of the best.

They could take it to the next level lol. Start doing it on any 2nd and less than 6… or third and less than 4. Matriculate down the field in slow Mo lol.

Yep. They could just forget passing and do it 100%. All they’d have to do is get 2.5 yards per play. Has there ever been a 30 play, 12.5 minute drive?
