3 of 4 games away - against San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Chargers - combined record of 10-2.
1 home game against the resurgent Rams.

Maybe I'll become a believer if the Cowboys can win 3 to 4 of these games. Until then, they are still looking up at other teams in the NFL, with work to do.

Cowboys are a legit contender as they are. I still see them a step below Niners and Eagles.

What matters is what do we look injury wise come playoff time.

Chargers are a bad team no excuse losing that game
Charger are not a bad team. Great offense, bad defense. They have been without one of the best backs in the league this far. Injured. Hes will be back for our game.

If the Boys get thru this season and make the playoffs, that was a hell of a schedule to get thru. No one can say we had an easy road to the playoffs. Meanwhile, somehow Philly gets their tough ones at home.

It's definitely a tough stretch. I think we're OK if we come out of it 2-2, but obviously would love 3-1 or 4-0 because it would put us in better shape for the playoff run and possible home-field advantage. 2-2 would put us at 5-3 for the first "half" of the season ... not terrible, but not great. If we end the year with 5-6 losses, we're a playoff team. If we end the year with 3-4 losses, we're in contention for the division title and maybe home field, although I think at least one of Philly or San Fran will only have 3-4 losses at most.

if we emerge batting .500 after these next 4 games, its a win win.

We need to come out these 2 - 1

We must beat the Niners and Eagles or #1 seed is gone. Lose to either or both and we’re 2 or 3 games back. I don’t see Niners losing more than 2 or 3. Eagles might lose a few as well but we would have to run table to catch up. All this is dependent on injuries of course.
