He'll play, but apparently he can't cut well with his ankle, so likely more of a down the field threat with straight line speed.

Questionable means he has a 50% chance to play. And the majority of the players listed as questionable usually play.

But more than that I saw a video of him today sprinting and having no issues running.

I've never seen a player be "questionable" on an NFL roster and not play tbh.

I see it a lot since I play fantasy football and following the injury reports is a big thing to know who to start and bench. Their designation will usually change to Out as the days get closer. Brian Robinson Jr for Washington was Questionable this whole week and now ruled Out.
