Game Day ***Cowboys vs Dolphins Post game thread***

Not so sure we can even beat Tampa on the road in the wildcard game this season. I think they are better than last year's team so let's not act like that game will be a gimme to advance to play SF

Dense is soft as marshmallows. Offense is not good on the road. Bad combo for road playoff games!

Offense made some dumb mistakes (seriously a fumble at the 1) early and then took too long to get going. Defense was great until it actually had to be. Overall though it was a tight game on the road against the number 2 team in the AFC. While I expected a win I cannot be upset when you lose a close road game against elite competition.

that loss sucked, but there were some good things to takeaway.

Ultimately it was the least important game in the final stretch.

But it sucks we couldn’t close them out

1-5 when they don't score 1st. 35 quarters without a hold call for Parsons.

This team is going home early again. They are who we thought they were. But, the FB fumble on the 1st drive loomed large.

MM confirms he still is athe biggest (pun intended) loser in the big games.

As I said all game, this was lost by failure to use Lamb enough.
All 3 drives he had touches were 2 TDs and the Luepke fumble at the 1.

He IS the best player on the team. Not Dak. Not Micah.

We aren't a serious contender until we can stop the run. No excuse for how the defense closed with a lead.
Stop the run? We can't stop the pass, we can't stop a pressure, WE CAN'T STOP ANYTHING.

GET OUTTA HERE WITH THAT
