Since the offseason until now, I was complaining about the RB, LB and O line positions. Dallas hasn't done ****.

The oline has held up pretty well if we get Tyron back and avoid injury going forward. Bass looks like a decent backup. The 49ers are in trouble in the oline.

Running back hasn't been great, but it isn't a disaster.

Linebacker is an issue. They tried to get Leonard, but he wanted to go to the Eagles a team that has a huge hole in the secondary.

I'd say that the Cowboys would benefit if they can pull off 2 wins and have luck go their way with the Eagles and the 49ers. However, all is not lost if the Cowboys are the 5. Any of the playoff teams can lose to any of the other playoff teams. The Cowboys need to play well in the playoffs.

None of these positions are good enough for the playoffs. In my opinion.

And yet a team that has had a much better DL than ours sees value in him.

Per Stephen Jones, Cap Boy, imo., we just simply do not work & operate the way the Niners, Eagles, etc. operate.

Super conservative, they have their minds made up that NFL draft, very cheap FA contracts, and bargain based late round trades are the stone path this club will always take.

A Roquan Smith ( 2nd and 5th rd pick) to Baltimore type trades, this team just will not be a part of.
Yet we get stuck with Schoonmaker (2nd rd) and a 5th rd tiny RB that will never be game day activated bcuz
he offers zero on special teams.

And to add, we still have major concern issues at LB, easily our weakiest link on defense .

In my opinion the playoffs are wide open with the injuries to the 49ers and just look at the Eagles.

I mean, I hope for the best, I just don't feel they did enough this season. No one will convince me that we can beat the 49ers. I'm not usually "that guy" but they've knocked us out of the playoffs and until we kick their ***, I'm gonna be skeptical.

Are you aware of the 49ers oline issue? They actually can lose the number 1 spot.

Once again the crybabies come in and think we should make these deals and yet they don't know the details from what I understand the guy still owed quite a bit of money and he's not playing well at all I don't care what someone said above that he's a good player from what I'm seeing is he was a good player that's making a lot of money that's no longer that same player you're gonna pay a guy $8 million to be a rotational guy I mean seems like a risk and you wanna blame Jerry for not signing in but dude know the details I'm trying to look at how much this guy needs to get paid by the 49ers I don't know how that works being he is a veteran that didn't have to go through waivers I think they have to pay him this whole contract....

Show me the details of the contract... But again this guy looks like a role player he's making $8 million a year he's got $16 million left on his contract.. But yes we should pick up everyone just because a bunch of people on the Internet say so...

on a cheap one year deal? I will take that.
I don't think he's on a cheap one year deal I think you have $16 million left on his contract that's $8 million a year show me the details of this trade I don't see it I believe it might be more than you think but I don't know I haven't seen the details but either way this guy is a shell of his old self as usual and anyone thinks hey just go pick him up because he's gonna improve our team without knowing any of that...
