This team is not playoff ready

Oh crap. I agree with all this stuff since we LOST to a top 3 team in the league. Wait …
You can win and my post still be right. The problem is, you cannot keep playing this way and expect to win consistently, eventually it catches up to you.

I hope we don't lay an egg at Washington next week. Now that would be bad. I live in the DMV too.

Without a run game and ability to stop the run, it will require us to play mistake free football against a good team. Then the usually suspects will blame Dak, because they don't understand the game.
Exactly. My thread got deleted about our run game but it's terrible and we can't win getting so many 0 and -1 yard runs. Atleast get 2-3 a pop consistently. Good grief

It's hard to win in the playoffs without a running game. The OL is not good. Dak was under a lot of pressure again tonight.

Dak avoiding the sack and getting a Lamb 92 yard broken play TD is all that kept that offense from being pretty disappointing

Take the win, brothers

Actually for me, these type of wins give me more confidence moving into playoffs.

Hard fought game against a very very good playoff team.

Did everything go out way? Nope

Did the team show intentional fortitude and keep fighting overcoming everything to scrap out a win? Absolutely

We came out with a win.

It’s football man. A couple plays make a huge difference either way. If Ceedee doesn’t drop the ball on the 1 yard line. Pollard doesn’t drop an easy catch on second down with nobody in front of him early in the third. I’m sure Detroit had their share as well, Yes I wish we would’ve hung 35 on them but we won a tough gritty game. I’ll take it and hope for a Crap Bird loss.

At times, overcoming adversity can absolutely show character, but the adversity is self inflicted not so much because the other team made a great play on us. When this continually shows up every week with boneheaded mistakes, it reflects poor coaching, lack of discipline, and even worse preparation. It won't hold in January.

Remind me, who won?

How many times do we have to keep repeating the same ride before eventually you get off and see what's in front of you for what it truly is. Take off the fan glasses, or better yet, what would Parcells think of a team doing this consistently?
