Once again, pay no attention to the Rams coming to the east coast and playing the 1pm game.

The all time record in those scenarios massively favor the east coast team.

If we play them it will be a primetime game
Is that your explanation of why the Giants were a chip shot FG away from beating them? I acknowledge that the rams are “sexy” right now. I just hate when a fan base fawns over another team in a grass is greener type manner. In a game they had to win vs a bad team, they should have/could have easily lost east coast, west coast Midwest wherever.

If Niners winning big might need just let Washington win and take easy win against Tampa first round.

Their skill players are good just not dynamic put fear in me for a 60 yard td good. That long pass kupp caught on diggs was a fluke 2 years ago. But just remember.....when 4 put them paws on the Rams remember you thought they were a force to be reckoned

They barely beat the Giants on sunday if Crosby doesn't miss that FG. The Rams are average at best.
This. The Rams probably have the worst defense and special teams of any of the NFC playoff teams. To beat Dallas at AT &T you have to slow down our offense. None of Green Bay, Seattle, or the Rams have that capability.

Welp, looks like we are gonna see the Rams in the WC

That tells us they don't care if they face Detroit or Dallas.
Just want to be healthy when they do so.

I bet several other players rest some or all of the game as well.

Nacua, Kupp.
Plus RB Williams vs our run defense.
Throw in "Mr. Highland Park" Matthew Stafford who first wants revenge for his loss he had against us in the playoffs years back and second probably doesn't want to play against his former team (Detroit).
Makes too much sense.

Wait so the Rams have clinched? A loss #7 or a win #6 seed or are there more variables?
Yes. They clinched.
The difference is just what you said....a 6 or 7 seed.
They would prefer to be fully rested and healthy vs worry rather they face Detroit or Dallas...both would be indoor away games.

Has nothing to do with Detroit.
All about being fully healthy.
I mean, the 49ers are going to rest their guys too, so the Rams could win anyway....or maybe they lose and still get the 6 seed if Green Bay loses too.
Just want to be full strength

That's it right there, there's no sense in risking the health of your QB when the outcome is relatively the same. Detroit and Dallas are pretty much even.
