What a joke of an organization. What makes them think next year will be any different? This team could go 17-0 and will still get whooped in their first playoff game.

If u want to bring McCarthy back and finish out his contract fine. But there is no possible way they should give Dak an extension. They should both coach/play on their final year of their contracts and c what happens.

But it's pretty much a guarantee that Dak will get an extension now in the off-season. God forbid Jerry admits he got the wrong guy (whether it's the coach or the QB). Stuff like this is why this organization will never win anything with Jones and Stephen in charge.

Was predictable as the days went on. I was fine either way and felt that, that loss was more than deserving to fire him if that’s the route they took. I do think it wasn’t as easy as “he must be fired” or as simple as “he can’t be fired he’s made the playoffs 3 straight years”.

Way more nuanced than that.
