It sounds to me like Jerry and his coaches lost the team. We are now the Eagles with a bunch of cancers in the locker room scapegoating each other for the way the entire team played. At this point, as stupid as it is, and believe me it is really stupid, they have no choice but to trade these guys unless they figure out a way to clear the air with the players. You just know even if they smooth things over now, as soon as they hit a bump in the road next season, it will explode all over again, and the team will implode.

I am very disappointed with CeeDee and Micah. This is not leadership. It is immaturity. I hate even saying that because they are real people who are exceptional football players. But next year is shaping up to be a disaster.

CeeDee is in the last year of his contract with Dallas. If he does not agree to an extension, his CAP hit is $17 million and Dallas needs CAP space. If he is really unhappy as it seems, he will refuse to sign an extension, at which point Jerry has no choice but to trade him. Maybe under the circumstances Jerry can get a first round pick for him, but everyone knows Jerry will be up against the wall. Don't' be surprised if Jerry gets only a 2nd or 3rd for CeeDee.

Then Micah has one more year left on his contract. Jerry is going to have the same problem. And if Micah wants out, then what happens to the rest of the team? What free agents will come here knowing the team is in turmoil. Of course Jerry can franchise CeeDee in 2025, and Micah in 2026. That would make them even more unhappy. The Cowboys may be faced with the possibility the players will force them into a rebuild. If the two players really become a problem, then Jerry may as well let Dak walk too in 2025, or see if they can coerce him to allow a trade. Maybe with all the draft picks they get they can rebuild a winning team.

I was okay keeping McCarthy, but now I see what is going on and I think Jerry made a monumental mistake. The team has lost faith in the coaches and each other. Jerry should have fired McCarthy and hired someone to give the team hope for the future. Now he has a team thinking, Here we goooo, again.

One loss to GB may have destroyed this team for years. Jerry, who is way to close to his team didn't see this coming, but now he has a time bomb in his hands.

....not like defense held GB to 10 points. Parsons and Co got carved up.

Whether thats missing a great player or not. They play as unit.

Quinn sabotaged the whole deal. Point finger in this direction

The defense held GB to 13 points in the first half.

Then quit once the offense showed they weren't there to play.

The Defense cost the game. Go watch the game.
I would like this 100 times. Parsons is a moron. Great athlete but a moron. As much as I despise Jerry and think there is truth to his frustration you can’t sign this guy long term. Trade the guy and get players that play their positions well.

Whether you agree with some of Parsons' gripes, it's getting clearer that he wants out of Dallas. Honestly, if the Cowboys were smart, they should trade him now while there is still value to be had. He's going to be a headache, just like Haley was for the 49ers. Parsons will never be satisfied as a Dallas Cowboy, no matter how much you pay him.
