Baldy is right. This kid can click-and-close like nobody’s business. He flies downhill when he sees things unfolding in front of him, and he did it going all the way back to Wake Forest.

I’m not sure Al Harris gets the credit for finding this kid. Maybe there is just someone in the scouting department that is particularly good at evaluating defensive backs.

That’s not to say that Harris shouldn’t get credit for developing him. But Harris also had time to develop Nahshon Wright and Eric Scott, and he wasn’t able to do it. It really depends on what you have to work with. So, there is someone in the scouting department who is finding these guys.

Big Al was made the assistant Head Coach this past offseason, so I’m sure he got a hefty (and well deserved) pay raise here.

Dallas knows what they have in Harris and is promoting him up through the ranks appropriately.

Dude needs to learn all he can from Zimmer and be the Cowboys next Defensive Coordinator.
