How old is too old to trick or treat?

I last did it 10 years ago while I was in college at the age of 21. I'm probably going to be handing out candy in suit, but I can't help but wonder how old is too old for that lol.

I don't have any use for their crappy candy, but it's fun to watch them roll down the stairs... especially if they're carrying glow sticks.

Oh, and I think high school is too old... maybe even 7th grade.

I could see that, but if you're in college and you're in a college town, I think it's cool too. Also, if you have a fursuit, then maybe you get an extension haha.

I've never lived in a college town, but I can't see myself handing candy out to anyone who could have driven to my house...and you didn't have the fur suit.
I remember, shortly after high school, my brother and I were still living at home, and some high school aged kids came trick-or-treating. We scared the hell out of them. I would have actually given them candy, if they'd come all the way up to the door.

Lol, that had to be fun. And I meant when I was in college, I didn't see a problem trick or treating around the town where I was as long as I stayed near campus.

So, I was in my full fursuit handing out candy today. This was one of those moments that make being a furry truly a magical experience. The fact that I can basically turn into a horse by putting my fursuit on and create wonder to those that saw me in suit is a privilege and a joy I am thankful that I can do. It's so much fun to see the excitement and wonder in the eyes of everyone that saw me in suit. It brings a level of magic that is truly special.

I think I was 14 and I dressed up as Groucho Marx. It used to be a big thing in my neighborhood. We don't even decorate anymore because we haven't had trick or treaters in over 20 years.

That's a shame. It's fun to hand out candy

Same here. Grew up in an active Halloween neighborhood. About 8 years ago my wife and I moved to an area that is sparsely populated, and haven't had 1 trick or treater. I miss it.

Ah, well, perhaps there are some more populated areas near there that you could go with candy and do it that way.
