i've stood up for mccarthy because of the f/o set up...but this is just dumb football.

It needs to happen sooner rather than later regardless of who takes their place to finish the season. We always look so sloppy, no one seems to know what's going on and our game plans make no sense. Like, what is even going on during the week? What are you all doing there because it really doesn't seem like anyone is practicing.

One thing leads to another, ****** GM, then ****** coach then ****** players.

In many organizations things are like this, one person thinks has a God given talent or intelligence which nobody can understand and only and only them know whats going on, they believe they do have the answers for everything and everybody in their regime or organization only needs to obey because they have no clue nor have their God given mind.

MM is just a puppet, Zimmer only wanted to collect some checks and same with the players.
