Would you rather that the Cowboys go 9 and 8 and get the wildcard or get 5 to 6 wins and pick between 9 and 11 and draft Jeanty.

man what happens if they get the wildcard and go to the superbowl how weird would that be.

WE know this team is flawed, we need the higher draft pick.

IT would be the most bizarre thing ever for this team to have a winning record. Our offense is simply not good and our D is still very vulnerable to a good running game.
And what would that gain us over a much higher pick in the draft to improve the team?
By the way I would not take Jeanty.

The best running back in the draft.
Question for you:

Forget Jeanty for a moment. Would you select a receiver you know will never be better than your third option in the top 10 picks? Like let’s say before you draft him you already know he will never beat out Tolbert who evolves into a true #2

What is your point?

I think Jeanty is going in the top 8 right now so I don’t know why he is in the conversation if we somehow go 9-8 because he won’t be there. I think there is a chance Jeanty is top 5 pick after the combine. These quarterbacks are ok but I don’t think anyone will trade up for Sanders, Ward, or Melrose. To bad the Georgia kid peed his pants during the season he had a real shot at being the top pick before the season started.

Go back and read what I asked?

Neither…both set our franchise back and would be a complete pass.

I’ll take the secret behind door number 3 lol.

As awesome as Jeanty has performed, he’s NOT THE ONE MISSING PIECE!!!!! I’d rather get the next RB in Rounds 2-3 while beefing up/getting better on the DL in Round 1. So, the question becomes would you rather have:

Round 1 - Jeanty
Round 2 - maybe Alfred Collins

VS.

Round 1 - Deone Walker/Derrick Harmon/Tyleik Williams/Kenneth Grant
Round 2 or LATER - Kaleb Johnson/Dylan Sampson

I’m takin the latter any day of the week.

Give me that draft pick but I'm not taking Jeanty with it.
